Who is responsible

Hypefox AB, a Swedish company (org. no. 559570-6416), Malmö, Sweden, is the controller for what this website collects.

What the contact form collects

Your name, work email, organisation, role if you give one, the type of organisation, how you would run Velrix, the topic and your message.

We use it only to answer you. It is not used for marketing lists and not shared with anyone except the mail provider that delivers it.

Where it goes and how long it is kept

When you send the form, its contents are emailed to Hypefox AB. Nothing is stored in a database: the message exists only as that email, kept for as long as the conversation needs it.

Your IP address is used, in memory only, to limit how many messages one address can send in ten minutes. It is not stored or logged with your message.

Before sending, your browser solves a short proof-of-work puzzle served by this site, instead of a third-party captcha. No other service is contacted.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking. It remembers your colour theme in your own browser’s storage, which never leaves your device.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted: reply to any email from us, or send a message through the form. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering the person who wrote to us.

You can also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, IMY).
